Independence Day

On the occasion of Independence Day, just thought of sharing a nice slide from the web to my friends. It shows us what it means to be called as "United we stand", "Rich Culture and heritage", "Unity in Diversity" and "Brotherhood"-- Hats off to the legends who not only fought for freedom but also gave the future generation (us) a reason to feel proud about.

A Portion of my heart is numb with pain, a portion of it is still aching love, 
a portion of it is seething too and needs a potion prepared for it love. 
Just a sight of yours may bring the dead back to life, 
just a smile of yours may be that Elixir of life- "Just"- that's it!!!



Still clinging on to the notch where all those memories live love, 
Still waiting at the window from where I bid you bye love,
Just a shadow of yours may make my heartbeat love, 
Just a fragrance of yours may make me still alive love-"Just"- that's it!!!

Being that usual, to be so- is so tough love, or
Being that unusual either is killing me in dark love,
Just a twinkle of your love can bring in that light,
